Order & Cancellation Policy

​CATERING DELIVERY POLICIES
$250 food & beverage minimum for all orders
-All items are delivered in disposable foil pans, Plastic Serving Utensils Included
-Staff and rentals are provided at an additional fee
-Plates, utensils, and napkins available upon request for an additional fee
-Some items require additional garnishing/ staging. Instructions included 
-30 minute delivery window required
-All Holiday orders require a $500 food & beverage minimum
-All Holiday Orders are subject to a delivery fee surcharge
-Delivery starts at $25 and is based on date, time, and location

-Prices listed do not include sales tax
-To secure the date of your event a 50% deposit is due. The remaining balance for all orders must be paid three business days before your event.  ​
If you need to increase, decrease, or cancel your order, please follow these guidelines:
Decreases to orders require 72 hours notice.
Additions to
 orders require 72 hours notice. 
Cancellations of orders:
Orders cancelled with 8 days + notice will incur a fee of 25% of the total of the order. Orders cancelled within  4-7 days notice will have a 50% charge of the total order amount, orders cancelled within 72 hours or less notice will be charged the full amount of the catered event. All refunds are at the discretion of Edible Passport. 

PAYMENT 
Payment may be made by American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover. We will accept payment by check with a credit card guarantee. Corporate customers who order on a regular basis may inquire about setting up billing with NET 30 terms. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

CATERING HOURS 
Catering Deliveries are available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week 
Office Hours: Monday- Saturday (8am - 6pm), Sunday: Closed
